Privacy policy
DYSIGNS collects only the data you submit through the contact form (your email address and message) and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. This page explains exactly what is collected, why, and how you can access, correct or delete it.

What data we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form on the contact page, we collect the email address and message you provide. This is sent through Netlify Forms, our form-processing provider, and used only to reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list or share this with third parties for marketing.
Email and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, the data you share is handled under the same principle: used only to respond to you, not shared with third parties.
We do not collect: payment information, account details, or any data through analytics, advertising, or social media tracking pixels — this site currently runs none of those.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. The only browser storage in use is:
- Session storage for the intro animation and page-transition state. This is purely functional, contains no personal data, is never sent to a server, and disappears when you close the tab.
Because there are no non-essential cookies, this site does not show a cookie banner — there is nothing optional to accept or reject. If that changes in the future (for example, if we add analytics), this page will be updated first, and a real consent choice will be shown before anything non-essential loads.
Third-party services
- Netlify hosts this site and processes contact-form submissions on our behalf, under its own data processing terms.
- Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers (
fonts.googleapis.com/fonts.gstatic.com) to display this site's typefaces. Loading a font this way sends your device's IP address to Google as part of that request, the same as loading any resource from an external server.
How long we keep data
Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and are deleted on request. We do not keep data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
Under the AVG/GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to how your data is used
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email info@dylandysigns.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

This policy may be updated as the site or its tools change. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
